Shipping Information

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Times:
• Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+): 5-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime using this number.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon!

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item:
1. Contact us at Largerinnovations@outlook.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off at any USPS location
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Return Requirements:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be included
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:
• Personal care items (opened)
• Earbuds or headphones (opened)
• Final sale items

Exchanges:
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
